PRIZES:
A total of $500 will be awarded as well as the annual Mayor's award and others!

DELIVERY:
Works must be hand delivered to the Midland Borough Building, 936 Midland Avenue on Sunday, June 6th between 12:00pm and 3:00pm.

ENTRY FORMS:
LEGIBLY complete EXHIBIT TAGS and attach to the upper lefthand corner on the back of each entry. Complete ENTRY CARD and deliver with art work. Complete in advance.

SASE NOTIFICATION:
Please bring a self-addressed envelope (for notification of acceptance/rejection) to registration.

ORIGINALITY:
Works must be original and completed within the last three years. No kits or works done under instruction.

PRESENTATION:
All works must be ready for show. Two-dimensional pieces must be properly framed and wired for hanging. Paper works must be protected by glass or plexiglass.

SALES:
All sales are the responsibility of the artist.

RESTRICTIONS:
Work should not exceed 48 inches in any direction or 100 pounds in weight.

ENTRY FEE:
A non-refundable charge of $10.00 entry fee for each work must be submitted. Each artist is limited to three works of art.

MEDIA:
All media will be considered with the following exceptions: NO video, installations, sculpture or crafts.

INSURANCE:
Although due caution will be taken to guard works and frames from injury, all entries must be entered at the artist's own risk.

RETURN OF WORK:
Rejected work must be picked up on Sunday, June 6th between 5:00pm and 5:30pm. Exhibited work must be picked up on July 5th between 10:00am and 12:00pm. A $15.00 fee will be assessed for work left beyond the designated dates.
